Chirps Analytics: stop guessing which videos work

Your reps hit record, send a chirp (video outreach) and hope for the best. Some land. Some get ghosted. Until today, figuring out which was which meant scrolling, squinting and a fair bit of vibes.

Not anymore. Chirps now come with a full analytics layer: who sends, what gets watched to the end, and which habits actually earn replies. Think of it as game tape for your sales team.

The team view: your whole team, one screen

Open Chirps, flip the toggle to Analytics, and the numbers start talking.

  • Four KPIs up top. Chirps sent, viewed rate, watch-through and sentiment. The pulse of your video game, in one glance.

  • Benchmark anyone. Pick a rep in Sent by and every tile stacks them up against your team's top quartile. Leading or lagging? You'll know in about two seconds.

  • The weekly trend. Chirps sent per week next to the viewed rate. Handy for answering the classic question: are we sending more, or just sending more stuff nobody opens?

  • The rep table. Sent, viewed, watch-through, pace, energy and sentiment for every rep, side by side. Friendly competition not included (that's what the Arena is for).

What drives watch-through

Here's the part sales leaders have been asking for. What makes a prospect watch until the very last second?

We break watch-through down by video length, speaking pace, energy and sentiment, using your own team's chirps. Every bar shows its sample size, and any bucket under 20 chirps stays empty. No drawing big conclusions from three videos.

Why it matters: instead of "keep it short, I guess," you can hand your team a playbook built on what your buyers actually watch.

Every chirp gets its own report card

Click any chirp and you get the full story: who it went to, where it stands and how it did.

  • Where viewers dropped off. A timeline under the video shows how many viewers were still watching at each moment, plotted against your energy and pace. Spot the exact second you lost them. Click anywhere on it and the video and transcript jump right there.

  • Transcript first. The transcript now opens by default and scrolls along as the video plays. Over in Activity, you'll find everything the recipient did: opens, rewatches, reactions, replies.

  • You vs. you. Views, watch-through, duration, pace, energy and sentiment, all compared with your own median chirp. Personal best or off day? The numbers say it plainly.

  • Copy link and Share sit right at the top, where your cursor already is.

The Chirps overview got a glow-up

We rebuilt the overview around the person who matters most: the one you sent it to.

  • Recipient first. Each card leads with name, role and company, then a status pill (Awaiting view, Viewed no reply, Replied) and a plain-English summary like "Viewed 2×, no reply yet". Yes, that's your cue to follow up.

  • One Filters panel to rule them all. Sent by, Status, Language and Sent when, with live counts. Active filters stay visible as chips, and one click clears any of them.

  • Tracked links per contact. Copy link now gives a tracked link for each linked contact, plus the public link. So when someone watches, you know exactly who.

Also on the menu

  • View counts that don't fib. A view now only counts when a contact linked to the chirp watches it. Your own previews (we all rewatch our own videos) no longer pad the numbers, in Analytics or on the chirp page.

  • The transcript is back on public chirps. The Transcript toggle shows on every shared chirp page again.

  • Same score, every screen. The Leaderboard now ranks on the Arena operator score, so everyone's score is the same on every screen. No more "but on the other page I was ahead."

The bottom line: video outreach just went from "I think it's working" to "here's exactly what's working." Open Chirps, flip to Analytics, and see what your team's been up to.
